Understanding the three primary roles in OneWorkspaceX
OneWorkspaceX defines three primary roles that determine access and capabilities across the platform:
ADMIN
Platform administrator with full access across Orchestra, Planner, and Studio.
Permissions:
- ✓ Manage users, billing, and subscriptions
- ✓ Access all workspaces, projects, and apps
- ✓ Assign or revoke roles (Manager/Viewer)
- ✓ Configure platform-wide settings
- ✓ Full control over all modules
MANAGER
Builder in Studio and Member in Planner.
Permissions:
- ✓ Create and edit projects, apps, and tasks
- ✓ Collaborate with teams in Planner
- ✓ Publish and deploy Studio apps
- ✓ Manage assigned workspaces
- ✓ Invite team members (Viewer role)
VIEWER
App user in Studio and guest in Planner.
Permissions:
- ✓ View projects and dashboards
- ✓ Interact with published Studio apps
- ✓ Comment on tasks and issues
- ✗ Cannot modify or create content
- ✗ Cannot access admin settings
