Supporting Multi Workspaces

Organize teams, projects, and apps across multiple workspaces

OneWorkspaceX supports multiple workspaces, allowing you to organize different teams, departments, or clients under separate isolated environments while managing them from a single account.

    What is a Workspace?

A workspace is an isolated environment that contains:

    • • Its own set of projects in Planner
    • • Dedicated Studio apps and builds
    • • Separate team members and permissions
    • • Billing per Workspace
    • • Custom settings and configurations

    Creating a Workspace

    1. Navigate to the Orchestra dashboard
    2. Click "Create New Workspace" in the workspace switcher
    3. Enter workspace name and optional workspace slug
    4. Choose a plan (Free, Business, or Enterprise)
    5. Invite initial team members
    6. Configure workspace settings

    Workspace Switching

Easily switch between workspaces using the workspace switcher in the Orchestra's top right corner. Your role may differ across workspaces - you might be an Admin in one and a Manager in another.

    Common Use Cases

    Agency Model

Create separate workspaces for each client to isolate projects, teams, and billing.

    Department Structure

Organize by department (Marketing, Engineering, Sales) with dedicated workspaces.

    Project-Based

Create workspaces for major projects or product lines with their own teams.

Note: Free plan users are limited to 1 workspace. Business plans offer workspace based subscription. Enterprise plans offer unlimited workspaces.
